You're invited! Akemi loves her friends, and wanted to make sure every one of them could join her in celebrating life. That's why, with her newly activated doppelganger, she's holding a party in the courtyard around the gazebo! Her second body stands within the gazebo itself, surrounded by tables of food, with enough room to walk - and sit, if so inclined in about half the area - around the outside of the ring. Takoyaki, aburaage, an assortment of sushi rolls, strawberries, and cake lines the tables, while a huge pot of ramen broth stands in the center next to Akemi2 and another pot of noodles and a stack of bowls accompany it. Kettles of tea and coolers of water take up the outside edge of about 1/4 of the gazebo, and another quarter is reserved for anything her friends might have felt like making and brought. The kitsune cheerfully talks with anyone and everyone who comes along. Likewise, roaming around outside and mingling with any guests that come is the 'real' Akemi.
Malissa spends most of her time fairly close to the Akemis to make sure they're doing alright, chatting with anyone who comes by.
Eponnie comes wearing the illusion dress Akemi made her, and mostly just follows Zita if she's there.
Jinx kinda just says hi, steals food and leaves
Daniel visits for a while, staying if Ledusia's there and if she's not? He'll say hi to Akemi2 and then hanging out for a bit before leaving.
Zita goes and… stares at Akemi2 for a bit, not uttering a word before nabbing a few snacks and leaving to hunt for the 'real' Akemi. Giving the 'real' one a hug and wishing her a happy birthday with a smile! And more hugs. And then another smile! And then she goes to enjoy the party until it ends, preferably staying around the 'real' Akemi and… avoiding Akemi2. Like, straight up ignoring Akemi2.
Casta doesn't attend.
Athene came to chat and hug and give well-wishes, but spent most of the time gaping at the doublekemis. And eating.
Champi came for the food and left a blunt in one of the tea kettles.
Cass didn't attend in person. Hex stole food, hit on Akemi, and offered to show off her vibrator function.
Wilhelm attended, he offered to make her one of the few dishes his relatives ever taught him to make- Chawanmushi. He can actually cook it properly. She can redeem a luncheon any time- though she has to go to town for them to get the ingredients since he can't go himself. He gave her a gift of a primary feather that'd come loose. He had cleaned it up really carefully with a sponge to make sure it wasn't even remotely ratty. It probably has some use? She'd know better than he would. So she has a huge red feather now.
Brett didn't show up. He definitely didn't feel invited.
Bob showed up. He loves birthdays. He brought soup for the potluck because he didn't know what else to bring. He'd never done anything like that before. He gave Akemi a big hug and socialized and had a lot of fun and wished he had better gifts to give.
