Shinuyama Toshio

Basic Info:

Player: Defined

Demeanor: Friendly and laid back, rarely seemed to get upset about what's going on around him.

Nature: His nature matches his demeanor for the most part, he really is genuinly a legit nice guy

Description: 5'8'' with dark hair and an eastern asian complexion, brown eyes, not ugly, but exactly a knockout either. Under his clothing are some metallic implants, showing as little silvery plates flush with his skin on his upper arms and legs


HP and Psyche start at 6, can't raise during creation, but add 1/2 of Brawn to HP.
Brawn, Agility and Brains start at 1 each, starting cap 4, total cap 6, and you get 5 points to distribute among them.

HP: 7

Things your character is good at, things normal people can do
Skills rolls add their associated stat as well (Brawn, Agility or Brains). You get 12 points to spend on skills at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 6.

  • Computers - (3) Brains Computing use, notably an excellent coder and programming, some hacking experience, but that was just for fun
  • Engineering - (4) Brains Construction of robots, and other gadgets, and not to mention where to hit a structure so as to take it down the easiest
  • Tactics - (3) Brains Know your enemy, being able to dodge is neat, but much better to be in a position where you were never going to be hit in the first place, no?
  • Piloting (2) Agility Because why build anything if you aren't able to drive it?

Supernatural Abilities:

These are things you're character accomplishes via their power.
Abilities/Powers should be fairly broad, but look at other characters for good examples. They can grow over time, so don't worry if you start on the small side! You get 7 points to spend on powers at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 7. Powers add your Tier to their rolls, usually.

Conservation of Momentum - 2 - This ability is capable of placing all momentum from one object, and placing it into another, so if an object is falling at 50mph. Toshio can stop its movement, and another object of equal size will begin moving at 50mph. Notably this won't damage either object, as they are both accelerating perfectly over the entire body (If they hit something..then things will get damaged). If the object being halted is significantly larger than the other, the latter object will be moving much faster, due to F=MA.

Positional Exchange 3 - This ability is able to switch the positions of two objects of equal approximate mass, both objects need to be visible from the same point to be exchanged. In addition, while objects are being exchanged, momentum inside the objects can be divided as Toshio wishes between the two.

Genius Inventor 3 - The above powers are not divine, or inborn, they are made by him, and while he can't just create stuff like that out of thin air, in a pinch he can knock together something that will get him out of a jam, like a stun gun out of some wiring and a battery, or slingshot, anything that's reasonably made from the available materials and a little bit of fast talking the rules of science


Magnetism (Mild): The presence of high magnetic fields interferes with the Quantum field generators in his body that power his Exchange abilities, rendering them nulled until he can get away from their influence.


List everything your character carries on their person here. Be reasonable.

  • Toolkit, a small kit of general engineery stuff.
  • Phone, A custom build, made from a Raspberry Pi, probably better than any of the top of the range models. It's capable of playing top of the range games.

Personal History:

Toshio was always a little..odd, not in the bad way, he was walking and speaking ahead of the curve, doing algebra at five,but didn't seem to want to do any of that genius stuff. Just wanted to hang at school and do..normal kid things. Sadly, it's not to be, after doing a few..interesting implants in himself, he drew the attention of a Criminal Organisation that wanted to use his inventions for themselves. Seeing no other option, he shook them loose, and made his way to Canada, to enroll himself in that handy new school they'd just opened.
