Description:
She tends to identify with female gender and prefers looks copied out of a European magazine. Typically she has a light colored skin. She keeps her eyes a reflective golden color, and a maw full of sharp teeth. Her form ranges from about 4 feet to 5 foot 7 inches tall. Hair,Hairstyle, nails, face and clothing all vary wildly.

Skills rolls add their associated stat as well (Brawn, Agility or Brains). You get 12 points to spend on skills at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 6.

Supernatural Abilities:

Resilient - 2: Due to her vastly different biology involving nanites and the like, she is quite hard to kill or harm. Her skin is metallic, and due to the way the nanites weave them self's that skin acts quite well as reactive armor. The force of impact from things like fists and bullets are spread across her entire body. Standard rounds less then 0.50 caliber just hit her and mushroom out, without penetrating her skin. .50 caliber, armor piercing or incendiary rounds fragment or detonate before piercing, vastly reducing how much damage the round can do to her internals. Trying to cut her with a blade will just dull the blade. Punching her with any kind of force is a stupid idea. She's like punching a sand bag full of wet sand. There is limits to her reactive armor. Blunt objects, such as a large hammer can overload the weaving of her skin, and cause it to crack along the weave. She has issues as well taking hits from others with superhuman strength depending how hard they can hit.

She has the ability to regenerate faster then most. Her internals can regenerate only mildly faster then a human. However her skin can repair it's self very rapidly. Large cuts or openings in her skin can repair themselves in seconds as long as she has energy. Worst case scenario, she can rebuild herself after a time, if a hit is forceful enough to scatter her form into puddles of nanite goop or some bit of her survives.

She is immune to things that are toxic to a normal human. She can survive poisons without a sweat due to her radically different biology.She can survive several days in an environment without oxygen (i.e a non pressurized cabin on a plane.). She is radiation resistant, up to 7G rads before she begins to become ill and about 50G rads before she is incapacitated. She can also survive in environments that are are too hot or cold for a human. She can survive in temperatures ranging from -26 C to 60C.

Someone could theoretically could design something to specifically poison her, in that case the lack of an immune system would likely cause her to get very sick for a long time.

Shapeshifting - 2: She can change her shape to look like something else. There are a few caveats here. First, mass is conserved while shifting. This limits how much she can change her size. Second, she must have seen and clearly remembered the thing she's shifting into. The source of the memory must be something 3D such as seeing something in a dream or having seen a model of it. Something printed on a picture does not work initially because paper is a flat surface, although it might jog her memory if she's see the thing for real before.

Chemical Synthesis - 3: She can manipulate just about any chemical substance with ease just by having contact with it. Note here that there are no nuclear reactions so mass and energy are conserved. For example, to synthesize gasoline an input of hydrogen, carbon and energy is required. She can only create chemicals she had come in contact with before and has paid enough attention to remember how the chemical in mind is structured. On the other side of things she can break down just about anything safely. Taking gasoline into example again, breaking that down would produce hydrogen, carbon and energy.

Perceptive - 2: Her senses are different in some ways then normal and in some way vastly enhanced then the average human. Her eyes react much quicker, thus being able to see quickly moving objects in clarity as a normal person would not see it at all or perceive it as a blur. Her eyes are also able to tune into different spectrums then a normal human. She can see light produced between microwaves(EHF) and near ultravilot(NUV). Her sense of sound is enhanced so that she can hear things from far away. With a little bit of focus she can tune into quiet sounds that are far away and block out loud sounds that are near by. She can more accurately place a sound into a scene than a human can, if she's paying attention. Lastly, she can feel an odd sensation or two if something near her is emitting strong radio waves, or ionizing radiation.

Weaknesses:

Yes Magnets, They work!(severe): Hitting her with a strong magnetic pulse causes her to instantly liquefy into a puddle of nanites due to loss of communication between them. It can take little over an hour for Sally to regain her form.

Magnets, the civilian kind(mild): Strong neodymium magnets can cause anything from a mild tingling sensation to mind numbing pains if the magnet is brought very close to her skin, due to the magnet causing interfearence with the nanites ability to communicate with each other.

Possessions:

List everything your character carries on their person here. Be reasonable.

Samsung tablet, with smartphone capabilities.

empty small glass tubes, usually two or three.

A small glass tube filled with an extremely volatile compound. Usually Dioxygen difluoride that she's synthesized herself. She's careful to use a very thick glass tube. Normally kept inside her arm.

Some kind of high sugar snack. Normally a few candy bars or a bag of sour gummies.

A periodic table reference card, complete with hand written notes.

Hand warmers.

Hand bag.

And everything that they keep in their dorm at SunnyBrook. Anything that's not listed here or in the section above will be difficult for the character to retrieve.

A bookshelf with lots of biology books, shelfs are bent in middle.

A TV cabinet that has been modified to hold lots of glass tubes upright. Complete with random chemicals she's learned to create on her own. The draws are filled with nearly every kind of measuring device and a few flasks. Also inside is various brushes and tools for taking samples.

An electric blanket, the old kind lacking an auto shutoff.

A high end desktop computer. Running Linux.

A metal recharging plate, it's plugged in… both to the computer and the wall.

A CD tower with mix of a few music CDs and may data disks. A few data blue-rays are in that tower as well.

Personal History:

Sally is part of a project through Project Eternity to create something superhuman that is more reliable and cheaper then magic based methods, and much easier to control. As nano-technology exploded out of it's infancy in the military world, and has trickled a bit into the civilian world it was not long before someone tried to invent something that could potentially be an asset in controlling humans with supernatural powers. The goal of the project was to create a prototype that could easily be reconfigured for experimentation, as apposed to something dedicated that could not change it's function.
