Demeanor: Emilia has no indoor voice, or really any voice at all. They don't even use anything like a notepad or sign language to speak, preferring to communicate through just body language. Whether or not they can ACTUALLY talk is unknown, but it's at least certain they haven't uttered a word since high school. Emilia is a charismatic individual, and is quick to start conversations in spirit.
Nature: Emilia is a woman of contradictions. They are misanthropic but can't stand being alone, they are someone who rarely eats but is an excellent chef. They have the strength to be the villain, but choose to be the NPC. She is rambles a lot, but is mute. The reason why? She can't fathom herself.
Description: Emilia is a short 16 girl at 4'9, usually wearing work out clothes and mostly pinks and light greens. They have moppy brown hair and brown skin, along with fingernails that always seem too long.
HP and Psyche start at 6, can't raise during creation, but add 1/2 of Brawn to HP.
Brawn, Agility and Brains start at 1 each, starting cap 4, total cap 6, and you get 5 points to distribute among them.

Skills rolls add their associated stat as well (Brawn, Agility or Brains). You get 12 points to spend on skills at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 6.

These are things you're character accomplishes via their power.
Abilities/Powers should be fairly broad, but look at other characters for good examples. They can grow over time, so don't worry if you start on the small side! You get 7 points to spend on powers at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 7. Powers add your Tier to their rolls, usually.
LORD OF DARKNESS - 4 - Emilia can manipulate all forms of 'darkness' from the actual lack of light to the darkness in one's mind and heart. The only downside being that they cannot see in the dark, nor can they read minds so they must know one's darkness beforehand.
Shadow Bind - 3 - Emilia can hide in shadows, as well as store items into shadows up to 10 Ibs x rating. The only issue being she cannot see while in shadows, nor can she see in it. Stealth skill replacement. Attacking the part of the shadow she's hiding in will hurt her, but she gets +1/3rd rating to dodging it. She cannot hide in her own shadow, and light cannot enter it. Once inside a shadow, unless another is connected to it, she can't move anywhere besides leaving it. All forces minus light can enter the shadow, like sound or radio signals.
Things that cause problems for your character, often side effect of your powers (or of having your powers), not necessary. Not just 'limitations' of your powers.
List everything your character carries on their person here. Be reasonable.

Emilia's history before high school isn't much to note, she's quiet, has normal friends, and manipulated the shadows to pretend to be a dark lord at recess. Ok so maybe that third one is important, Emilia can manipulate darkness, but lacks any of the required secondary powers, nor has she ever really taken them seriously. Her powers made her unique among her peers, but she never gave them much thought. She'd much rather enjoy the simple things in life. food, friends, and pure uncut silence. Why Emilia doesn't talk is a mystery that only her parents know the answer to, and they've yet to elaborate. Now of course, using powers carelessly is dumb, and as such Emilia was easily found by Sunnybrook's pick up crew.
