Nature: Niria has a lot on her mind. She is always planning or thinking about some thing from last week. Catch her on a current topic in her head and she's chatty as can be. She's not shy or quiet or anything else. She just is thinking a lot. She's a very resourceful girl who just wants to lead a normal life. Her sense of morality is a little flawed.
Description: Niria is six inches tall. She's a willowy girl with a high metabolism. She makes all her own clothes with fabric glue and very fine threads. She does have to get someone else to use most tools for her. She also builds most her own furniture and decorates her own things. She has no idea what she will do for work in the future. Niria shares traits with a lot of very small creatures. She has great endurance, is quick, nimble and light. She can survive huge falls because of her mass. She floats and can swim for a long time. She has a very high metabolism and must consume 500 calories a day to keep herself healthy. This can be a real chore since that is more food than she is big. Still, she gets by. She has blonde hair and grey eyes.
HP and Psyche start at 6, can't raise during creation, but add 1/2 of Brawn to HP.
Brawn, Agility and Brains start at 1 each, starting cap 4, total cap 6, and you get 5 points to distribute among them.
Things your character is good at, things normal people can do
Skills rolls add their associated stat as well (Brawn, Agility or Brains). You get 12 points to spend on skills at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 6.
- Craftsmanship (4) brains Niria isn't a genius craftsperson but she has experience and she watches a lot of youtube videos. She can do a little of everything from carpentry to sewing. All on a tiny scale, of course. She isn't afraid to try something a few times before she gets it right. She can do minor electronics work as well, mostly modifying big, simple things smaller.
- Parkour (4) agility Niria has spent a lot of time running, climbing, and jumping to get where she needs to go. Everything is far away for her and if she can't get a lift, she's on her own.
- Endurance (4) brawn Niria can run for long periods of time. She's basically marathon running if she wants to get anywhere in a timely manner- big world for a small girl. Like many other small animals she has great endurance and can turn on a pin.
Supernatural Abilities ((+2 severe weakness)): 3 remain
Shrink 3 Believe it or not, Niria can get smaller! She maxes out at six inches tall- but can get down to 15 millimeters tall. She needs practice and doesn't have a great deal of control over how small she gets right now. She can stay this size an indefinite amount of time and can take with her anything she can physically hold. Similarly, when she regrows- she can choose to grow things proportionally to her body.
Stellar Energy Manipulation 3 Niria can create bolts and beams of plasma like those generated in a star- they are pretty small but so are bullets. The strength of them depends on the time of day- they are strongest during the daytime and wane at night. At night their strength is tied to the moon phase- with the moon reflecting stellar energies back at Earth. Weather doesn't matter since the amount of energy hitting the local atmosphere doesn't change. She can use these in a variety of ways, creating localized heat wells, bolts and maybe eventually more creative uses of the energy
Star Dust 3 Niria creates stardust. (Roll skill for the amount, once a day for passive dust collection in grams. Negative rolls are treated as 0 grams). Star dust can be transmuted using different combinations of the four elements. It has to be modulated correctly to do it right but star dust is basically the embryonic stem cells of the universe- they just need to be told what to do. She isn't very good at this and collection is slow.

Things that cause problems for your character, often side effect of your powers (or of having your powers), not necessary. Not just 'limitations' of your powers.
- TINY ((severe)) Niria has trouble getting places. The world is too big. She can't go out alone for any normal reasons like shopping. She is limited in what she can do and carry. She also cannot be treated medically without very careful consideration. Many drugs are simply too strong to be used on her. Without someone there to help her, she won't be able to accomplish much.
List everything your character carries on their person here. Be reasonable.

A her-sized tool kit that her mother had made for her. It includes small carpentry tools, small electronics tools, and a small sewing kit with small swaths of fabric.

Building supplies so she can set about building her furniture when she arrives. Things like tongue depressors, small amounts of decorative fabric, tiny nails, comfortable foam, wood glue, and other misc things.

Fortunately everything she owns fits in a overnight bag that can be carried by any normal-sized person.
Niria was born to a witch who had some suspect relations. She was treated well and there was little drama- except that she was lonely. She spent her time learning astrowitchcraft and occasionally wandering outside to watch normal people live. She watched a lot of television and put on plays for her mother which were always well received. She's almost been eaten by four or five cats in her life.
She can be a quiet and contemplative but she want to be friends with people and have a good time. She was sent to Fifth Sanctum to do precisely that. If anywhere can give her a life, it's this place.
