Player: Shayde Not the name of your character
Demeanor: Quiet and shy, with nervous fidgeting accented by the sound of a clicked pen or a flipped coin. Though he's dexterous with his hands, it almost always results in an idle motion.
Nature: Though initially shy, the shyness is usually a way to scope out surroundings and observe. It's best to be careful and cautious around new locales, especially ones so alien as this.
Description: His father is white and mother is black, resulting in a sort of mocha skin color. He keeps his hair short, and though he's tall and wiry at a roundabout 6'2", he's got just about no muscle mass. Not even like he lifts gallons of milk. He has shades on almost constantly, though if they're shaded glasses or not is hard to say.
HP and Psyche start at 6, can't raise during creation, but add 1/2 of Brawn to HP.
Brawn, Agility and Brains start at 1 each, starting cap 4, total cap 6, and you get 5 points to distribute among them.
Things your character is good at, things normal people can do
Skills rolls add their associated stat as well (Brawn, Agility or Brains). You get 12 points to spend on skills at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 6.
Penmanship- brains- 4- he's dope at writing things down, yo.
Reasoning- brains- 2- he's dope at problem solving, yo.
Oration- brains- 4- he's dope at talking, yo.
Hiding- agility- 2- he's dope at hiding in bushes, yo.
These are things you're character accomplishes via their power.
Abilities/Powers should be fairly broad, but look at other characters for good examples. They can grow over time, so don't worry if you start on the small side! You get 7 points to spend on powers at creation, with a starting cap of 4 and total cap of 7. Powers add your Tier to their rolls, usually.
Stomach of steel- 3- can eat anything, no harm (besides like bombs because that's stupid)
Acidic stomach- 4- the concentration of acid in his stomach, blood, and otherwise has allowed for some rough situations. Luckily, he can control the acidity levels. With some dedicated thought, he can alter the pH a variable amount, so much as making it normal or… less so. At least it doesn't personally burn him!
Things that cause problems for your character, often side effect of your powers (or of having your powers), not necessary. Not just 'limitations' of your powers.
For an iron stomach? Nah.
List everything your character carries on their person here. Be reasonable.
He carries around a few dice, loose change, a lighter. The good ol' stuff. Pens.
And everything that they keep in their dorm at SunnyBrook. Anything that's not listed here or in the section above will be difficult for the character to retrieve.
A pool stick, some clothes. More lighters/pens/dice/change. Matches too. And notepads.
Binky likes money, and he uses his age to get it. Bet the kid that you can beat him in some billiards? Prepare to lose twenty dollars. Want to bet on a horse race? He keeps spreadsheets, man. You could probably pick him up and toss him outside, but he's a kid. Who just took all your cash, in front of a crowd. He has lived happily with his mother, who overworks, and father, who does the same. He keeps his time by swindling people and also betting on what awful concoction he can stomach that day; he can stomach them all. It's been boring. Growing up in Nebraska, where all there is to do is farm and drink, it's not much of a place to experience new things. Luckily enough for him, he's not in Nebraska anymore.
